July 3rd has been tentatively marked as thee date will see our three teams hit the court. With League and Mens both defending their titles and all striving for grand final appearances once again 2020 is going to be as exciting as 2019 if not better.

Fixtures will be announced once the government phase 3 restrictions are announced.

We are exicited and hope you are too. Keep Oct 16 free to support your Warriors in the grand final games as we look forward to another successful GIG WANL season.

Horse Racing Fundraiser:

The 2020 major Fundraiser will be a Horse Racing night which will be held in May. Assistance with the planning and organising would be appreciated. Chaired by Vice President Yvette Thomson. Time required – 3 meetings, March/Apr/May

Warriors Cup:

We will once again be running the very successful Warriors Cup Carnival. Help is needed with the planning, MyNetball set up and data entry plus help on the day. Chaired by PresidentTrish Robinson Time required – 3 meetings May/June/July plus assistance on the day.

Past Players Working Group:

Past Players invited to assist with organising a morning tea or similar. Assistance with contacting past players, coaches, managers, plus help on the day. Chaired by Trish Robinson Time required – 2 meetings May/June

Home Game:

If, in 2020 a Home Game is included in the GIGWANL fixture, a working group to look at options for fundraising on the day. Time required: 1 meeting (month subject to fixtures)

GIGWANL Trials 2020 Season
